We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Site Officer to join our well-established Site Team. This is a key role in ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for all members of our school community.

As Site Officer, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance, repair and development of our school buildings and facilities, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the site. Previous trade experience is essential, as the role involves a range of practical tasks that require skill and initiative.

You will be expected to deliver work to the highest standard, while building strong, supportive relationships—not only within the Site Team but across the wider school.

We are looking for someone with:

• A positive, hands-on approach to solving problems
• A strong desire to be a part of a team

52-week contract

37 hrs per week 

Required for flexible starts between 06:00 - 09:30 / Finish 14:00 - 17:30

Grade 5

Actual salary £24,790 - £25,584
