On 1 May 2025 the Four Cs Academy Trust was pleased to host its first Recruitment Roadshow. Based in Peterborough, and having all Trust schools within the city, the Trust wanted to hold an event for local people to advertise roles within the Trust and to showcase the benefits of working for the Trust.

A vacancy has arisen for a Explorers Playworker to join Hampton Vale Primary Academy’s small and friendly Breakfast Club Provision team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience as a school wraparound provider or teaching assistant across the primary age range, can plan and organise activities and is enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking in order to ensure the after school provision continues to run smoothly and effectively within a safe and stimulating environment.
Hampton Vale is part of the Four Cs MAT and this is an exciting time to be joining the MAT as it grows, all schools in the MAT have a common interest of improving the standards for students in Peterborough.
