The successful candidate will enjoy working with young people and play a key role in supporting students within the College. They will be a caring, creative, proactive and enthusiastic individual with the ability to support high quality teaching and raise attainment for students across various curriculum areas.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students thrive academically, emotionally and socially. The role requires the candidate to work closely with teachers and other support staff. Your day will be spent in classrooms, working alongside students in small groups or supporting a student on a one to one basis to fully understand the lesson. Learning Support Assistants move around the College to support students with their education. We are looking for an empathetic and adaptable individual who thrives under pressure and has the natural ability to solve challenges. The role requires good physical and emotional resilience as part of this role will be to provide personal care for physically disabled students as required. To support our students the ideal candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English and Maths skills.

We are looking for a Pastoral and Behaviour Assistant to join our friendly team where student outcomes are paramount. The successful candidate will provide mentoring to students to support them with their social and emotional requirements. The role would include implementing various strategies to manage poor behaviour with a focus on prevention before the issues escalate. It would be important for the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills. The individual would need to be tactful and diplomatic whilst working with students and teachers alike. Experience in liaising with parents / carers and young people would be an advantage.
The role would include managing a case load of young people and families with the Early Help Assessment process. Planning, delivering and reviewing support plans to improve outcomes for children. This will be a varied, busy and rewarding role. There will be a requirement to be flexible and a willingness to do what is required to support a growing team.

A very exciting opportunity for a room leader has arisen within our popular nursery setting. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic room leader to work alongside our nursery leadership team.
