    On 1 May 2025 the Four Cs Academy Trust was pleased to host its first Recruitment Roadshow.  Based in Peterborough, and having all Trust schools within the city, the Trust wanted to hold an event for local people to advertise roles within the Trust and to showcase the benefits of working for the Trust.

      A vacancy has arisen for a Lunchtime Assistant to join Hampton Vale Primary Academy, part of the Four Cs MAT. The successful candidate will be someone who is reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic and caring and will support and supervise the children to ensure they have a positive lunchtime whilst in the dinner hall.

      A vacancy has arisen for a Support Assistant to join the Four Cs MAT. The successful candidate will be someone who is caring, creative, proactive and enthusiastic and someone who will support high quality teaching and raise attainment for children across various subject areas. They will also be dynamic and motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. 

      This is an exciting time to be joining the MAT as it grows and all schools in the MAT have a common interest in improving the standards for children in Peterborough.       An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Officer to join Manor Drive Primary Academy to provide maintenance, security and care of the site, buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous trade or maintenance experience. Working hours are 37 hours per week on a shift pattern. Actual times of work will be agreed with the Site Manager / Primary Headteacher to meet the needs of the school. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought. Consistent and effective communication are required together with the ability to use own initiative.
