Running throughout the academic year, the programme brings together middle leaders, senior leaders and headteachers from across The Four Cs Multi Academy Trust. Across six sessions, each focusing on a different leadership strategy, we are exploring how we build a culture where everyone feels they belong. Alongside the main sessions, the course includes inspiring masterclasses, visits and personalised coaching.

Our opening session focused on “Know Yourself” and “Clarity of Purpose”: taking time to reflect honestly on our own leadership, our strengths and the areas we want to develop, and how clearly our biggest priorities are shared in school.
